Selection & sourcing

Italian and international furniture, lighting and finishes, including Italian marble sourced for your project. Selections are coordinated with the space, your brief and the wider interior.

Samples & bespoke

Finish and material reviews, with bespoke pieces developed through dimensions, drawings and conversations with their makers.

Orders & production

We purchase the agreed pieces on your behalf and coordinate supplier information and the production reviews included in your appointment. Delivery and installation arrangements are established before orders are placed.

You may be starting with a complete property, a few rooms or pieces you already own. We develop the furnishing package around the space and your priorities, bringing furniture, lighting, finishes and bespoke work into the same conversation.

Bring the plans or selection schedule, quantities, finishes and items still to resolve. We source in Italy and purchase on your client’s behalf, working from your specification. Samples, quotations and bespoke development are reviewed with your team, with approvals and responsibilities agreed before ordering.

We source Italian marble for interiors and bespoke pieces. The material selection develops alongside dimensions, slab layout, finishes, edges and connections to joinery, lighting or fittings. Samples and fabrication information are reviewed with the appointed makers and project team.

For Sikder Haus, Andrea D’Anca commissioned a basin carved from solid Portoro marble. The finished piece, paired with Fantini taps, belongs to the dining room.

A furnishing selection developed for your interior, with dimensions, finishes, approved samples and bespoke details recorded for ordering. We purchase on your behalf and coordinate the production reviews agreed for your package.

Working with your team

We work alongside your designers and suppliers, purchasing the approved selection on your behalf. Supplier contracts, shipping and installation responsibilities are agreed before orders are placed.

For projects worldwide, we develop a coordinated furnishing package with you or your appointed designer: Italian furniture, lighting, marble and bespoke pieces.

We meet with you at your property, on site or remotely. Visits, reviews and coordination are planned around the needs and stages of your appointment.

Before we begin

What is FF&E?

Do we need a full interior design appointment?

No. Furnishing & Procurement can be commissioned independently for a complete interior or a defined package, working with your existing designers where appropriate.

Do you source Italian marble as well as furniture?

Yes. We source Italian marble alongside furniture, lighting and bespoke pieces, coordinating material selection, finishes and fabrication requirements with your project team. We also work with international products and materials where they suit the brief.

How do we approve materials from another country?

We receive and check material and finish samples from suppliers, then send them to you for approval. We discuss the options with you and record your approved selections in the furnishing schedule.

Who contracts with suppliers and places the orders?

AD’ purchases on your behalf. Before ordering, we agree the approved selections, quotations, payment arrangements and supplier contracts, together with responsibility for shipping, customs, insurance and installation.
