Project enquiries
The form records your name, email address, project location, chosen service and brief. Project stage and budget are optional. If you follow a Journal article’s links to an enquiry, the article identifier is recorded with the request. It helps the studio understand the topic you were exploring; it does not identify your original acquisition channel. These details are used to assess your request, respond to you and manage the resulting conversation. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in the initial brief.
Processing an enquiry may involve steps requested before entering into a contract. Technical safeguards are used for the legitimate interest of protecting the website and preventing abuse. The form acknowledgement is not consent to advertising or a mailing list.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are available through the studio’s restricted administration area. The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Administration uses ChatGPT sign-in. A notification containing only the enquiry reference and a link to the restricted inbox is sent through the studio’s Google Workspace service. Information is not displayed publicly or automatically added to a marketing list.
Technical records
Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit repeated submissions. Records older than 24 hours are removed when the form processes subsequent requests. Hosting providers may process technical logs necessary to operate and protect their services. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits, contact-link use and successful enquiry submissions. Where the enquiry journey includes one of the selected Journal articles, its public identifier may accompany these events. Form contents, names and email addresses are not sent as analytics events. Advertising features are disabled. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time using Cookie preferences. Your preference is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Google Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days; Google may process technical identifiers and usage data on its infrastructure. Declining analytics does not affect the enquiry form.
With analytics consent, Journal pages also record an article-view event in the site database. This contains the article address, a random event reference to prevent duplicate recording, and the event time. The counter does not store your name, email address or IP address and adds no cookie. Event references are removed after 30 days as subsequent events are processed; aggregate counts remain. Public article counts combine recorded views with verified historical Wix totals where available. They are page views, not unique readers.
Microsoft Clarity
With your agreement, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help the studio understand page navigation, clicks and scrolling and identify usability problems. Microsoft processes browser and session identifiers and technical usage data. Clarity is excluded from the restricted administration area. Form fields, enquiry acknowledgements and administration content are also marked for masking. The studio does not send enquiry details to Clarity or use its advertising consent features.
Clarity does not start from an earlier Google Analytics-only preference: you must accept the updated choice. It is excluded from local previews, QA visits, URLs or referrers with unrecognised or invalid parameters. Recognised article, service and campaign parameters may be recorded; please do not place personal details in campaign links. The Clarity cookies _clck and _clsk support visitor and session recognition. You can select Essential only in Cookie preferences to withdraw agreement. If Clarity is running, the page reloads to stop it, and the site clears these analytics cookies. Your enquiry form remains available without analytics. Further information is available in the Microsoft privacy statement.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for the time needed to assess and follow up the request and to meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. Requests for removal can be sent to the controller. If an enquiry becomes a professional engagement, the relevant project and contractual records are handled separately.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to relevant processing. You may also raise a concern with your competent data protection authority. Contact info@rhsprojects.com for questions or requests.
The direct email links open your own email application. Messages sent that way are handled through the studio’s email service rather than the website form.
