Interior Architecture & Design
A complete interior, shaped around you.
You want the interior developed as a whole, with the character and comfort you envisaged. AD’ leads the design and technical development, bringing layouts, materials and furnishings together and coordinating with your architect and specialists. You make the key choices with us: how the rooms connect, how they feel and how you want to use them.
At Hotel Eden Spa in Rome, AD’ led the full Spa interior from concept through handover, developing glass fabrication and lighting together. The workshop view records the illuminated shelves under test. The private villa in Phnom Penh shows interior architecture, material design and bespoke furniture.
Scope & working together
Spatial planning, interior architectural detailing, materials, lighting, furniture and bespoke design, together with technical development and MEP design, integration and review with the relevant specialists. Drawings and specifications carry the decisions into construction and fabrication.
We lead the interior architecture and technical coordination with your consultants, makers and contractors, appointing additional specialists where needed. Each team member’s role is agreed at the outset.

Your team is in place, and you want the interior to keep a clear character as layouts, materials and specialist proposals develop. AD’ provides continuing design direction, guiding decisions and coordinating design input from your appointed team. We can also refine agreed design work or begin with a focused second opinion. Reviews, revised information and decisions are recorded for the scope you choose.
At Sikder Haus in Dhaka, AD’s design direction formed part of an integrated interior appointment bringing together interiors, bespoke development, engineering and importation.
Scope & working together
Continuing design direction, milestone reviews and recorded decisions on space, materials, furniture and specialist proposals. The appointment can also include agreed design refinements or a focused second opinion, with the revised drawings, details or specifications defined for that work.
Your appointed team retains its agreed roles. We define which design packages AD’ reviews or develops, who coordinates specialist information and who approves changes.

Furnishing & Procurement
Italian pieces, chosen for your interior.
You may have a furnishing selection in mind, or want help finding pieces that give the interior its character. AD’ develops the furnishing brief or works from your designer’s specification, then sources and purchases on your behalf in Italy. We review scale, finishes and technical information with your team before you approve the order, and show the available trade terms alongside our fee.
For handwashing in the dining area at Sikder Haus in Dhaka, AD’ designed and commissioned a sculptural basin in solid Portoro, developing its form, fittings and installation details as part of the room. Explore the bespoke Portoro piece.
Scope & working together
Selection and sourcing schedules, sample and finish reviews, bespoke development and agreed production reviews. Begin with the complete furnishing brief or a defined package.
We work alongside your designers and suppliers, purchasing the approved selection on your behalf. Supplier contracts, shipping and installation responsibilities are agreed before orders are placed.
