Who resolves the issues you identify?
The appointed designer, engineer, supplier or contractor responsible for that item. Our review records the required action and supports coordination within the agreed appointment.
Does the review replace specialist approval?
No. Statutory approvals, engineering certification and the responsibilities of appointed specialists remain with the relevant parties. We define the review boundaries before work begins.
