Depending on the appointment: spatial layouts, interior elevations and sections, architectural details, design presentations, material and furniture selections, bespoke drawings and specifications. We coordinate the interior packages with the relevant technical disciplines, with a clear review and approval point at each stage.
Working with your team
We lead the interior architecture and design, assembling the specialists each commission requires alongside the appointed architect, engineers and delivery team. MEP design, integration and review are defined within the appointment, together with design packages, technical interfaces and approval responsibilities.
We meet with you at your property, on site or remotely. Visits, reviews and coordination are planned around the needs and stages of your appointment.

Can you work with our architect?
Yes. We define the interior architecture and design scope alongside your architect, engineers and other appointed specialists, including who develops, coordinates and approves each package.
Can furnishing be a separate appointment?
Yes. Furnishing & Procurement can begin from an existing design or a defined furnishing brief.
