AD’ Design Studio represented the ownership as design consultant for the Delta Marriott project in Dhaka. The work included technical design coordination with Archetype and review of the plans against the operator’s requirements, bringing together guest circulation, back-of-house flows and life-safety provisions.
The focus was on how the hotel would work as a whole: the relationship between guest spaces, service areas and building systems, and the decisions needed to coordinate the project with the wider team.
