Architetti D’Anca

A family office for interiors.

Architecture and atmosphere.

We begin with the way people live, welcome guests and find privacy. Those habits shape the plan, from sightlines between shared and private rooms to furniture, storage and lighting.

Andrea’s architectural and engineering perspective meets Lorena’s work with proportion, colour and materials. Together, they develop interiors with space for the client’s routines, collections and individual taste.

Drawing and making

Direct relationships with Italian manufacturers and workshops connect drawings with material samples and the people making the work. Selected details and workshop photographs appear in our construction documentation.

At Hotel Eden Spa in Rome, AD’ developed the reception, relaxation area, new blue wellness room and manicure/pedicure room from concept through handover, including technical review, Italian sourcing and site coordination.

Sikder Haus in Dhaka combines headquarters, executive and social spaces with two private apartments. AD’s integrated work included interior design, bespoke development, engineering and importation, coordinated with local teams.

Our work for SG Headquarters at Conrad Business Center, Dubai covered executive offices and meeting spaces, with interior design and technical development. KOI Restaurant, Bangkok, and KOI Villa, Phuket, involved owner-side design direction alongside the appointed design teams.

The interiors arm of your private office.

AD’ can act as the interiors arm of your private office, working directly with you or alongside your family office and trusted representatives. As your projects evolve, we can bring that knowledge to the next brief, drawings or supplier proposals.
