AD’ / Luxury interiors
A second opinion before your next decision.
You may already have a plan for your home and want to understand how the rooms will work together. Or you may need to approve a drawing, bespoke piece or specialist proposal before tender, production or installation.
AD’ examines the agreed information with you and your team, identifies the questions to resolve and develops the corrections included in the appointment. Interior layouts, building services and bespoke details are reviewed with the responsible specialists where their input is needed.

Technical development within our projects
At Hotel Eden Spa in Rome, the workshop views document glass and integrated lighting being tested, and stone assemblies developed within the Spa interior design and bespoke development commission.
You may already have plans for your home but be unsure how its rooms will work together. A focused interior layout review can examine agreed spaces before the next design or building decision. Share the current furnished plan, how you want to use the rooms and the choices still open.
Consider an illustrative example: the route from an entrance to a terrace passes between a dining table and a sideboard. Read the plan with chairs in use, storage doors open and furniture drawn at the intended dimensions. A different furniture position, a revised built-in or a question for the responsible specialist may need to be considered together.
We agree which rooms and questions to review, and the annotated plans and review record you receive. Revised layouts or further development are defined with your team in the appointment. A review can also focus on a drawing package, bespoke piece or specialist interface. For a complete redesign, see Interior Architecture & Design. For continuing representation and coordination of your team, see Design Direction.
A focused appointment before production
You are being asked to approve a kitchen, bathroom, bespoke element or another defined package for production. You want to understand what is resolved, what remains open and which decisions need your attention before committing.

A concluding discussion of what is resolved, what needs development and who should take each next step.
Share the current drawings, specifications and supplier proposals for the package, the information available, the decision deadline and the people responsible for design and approval.
We examine the agreed drawings and specialist proposals, identify information and interfaces needing clarification, and discuss the priorities with you and the relevant specialists.
Where agreed, AD’ develops the corrections or coordinates solutions with the responsible specialists, then brings revised details or specifications back for approval. This work is defined in the appointment or agreed as a further stage.
The review addresses the agreed package, drawing versions, disciplines and interfaces. Statutory approvals, engineering certification and the responsibilities of appointed specialists remain with the relevant parties. We identify the specialist input needed and the information AD’ will develop.
The fee and programme are set in the proposal after we see the package and your decision deadline. The proposal specifies the drawings and clarification cycles included, with timing based on receipt of the required information. Further packages, additional cycles or development outside that scope are agreed separately.

Materials & making
Review brings the drawing, the material and the making process into the same conversation. It helps the team identify what needs resolving before the next stage.
