What we bring
to your project.

Spatial planning

Layouts, circulation, interior volumes and room relationships developed around daily life, guest experience or the way your organisation works.

Materials & atmosphere

A coordinated palette of stone, timber, textiles, finishes and lighting intent, with selections that support the character of the interior.

Architecture & detail

We develop floor, wall, ceiling and bespoke details, coordinating ventilation, lighting, power and plumbing with the engineers and makers.

Materials & making

Materials you can see and feel.

Samples and full slabs bring scale, texture and variation into the design conversation, before the finish is agreed.

What you receive

A defined scope. Tangible work.

Layouts, elevations, construction details, material and furniture selections, bespoke drawings and specifications. We develop and coordinate these with specialist information, ready for review and the next stage of work.

Working with your team

We lead the interior architecture and technical coordination with your consultants, makers and contractors, appointing additional specialists where needed. Each team member’s role is agreed at the outset.

We meet with you at your property, on site or remotely. Visits, reviews and coordination are planned around the needs and stages of your appointment.

Working together

  1. Your brief

We discuss the property, how it will be used and your priorities, then agree the scope and design stages.

  2. Design decisions

We develop layouts, materials and bespoke proposals with you, so each stage has a clear review and approval point.

  3. Development & realisation

We develop drawings and specifications, review building services and resolve their relationship with the interior alongside the specialists. Samples, production reviews and site coordination carry those decisions through to the finished work at the stages agreed for your project.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

What happens after the first enquiry?

We review your brief and discuss the property, priorities and team with you. If there is a fit, we prepare a proposal defining the design work, responsibilities and fees. The appointment begins once those terms are agreed.

Which types of interior do you work on?

Luxury residential, hospitality, workplaces and representative spaces. Hospitality includes spas, restaurants and social spaces as well as hotels.

Can you work with our architect?

Yes. We coordinate the interior architecture with your architect, engineers and other specialists, developing and reviewing the packages agreed with you. We can also appoint additional specialists when the project needs them.

Can furnishing be a separate appointment?

Yes. Furnishing & Procurement can begin from an existing design or a defined furnishing brief.
