You have an appointed team and want someone to keep the interior work aligned with your priorities. You need proposals brought together, specialist input coordinated and decisions explained from your side of the project.
AD’ represents your interests in the interior design process. We work with your designers, engineers and makers, review their proposals and coordinate the agreed decisions. Design refinements and focused technical reviews can be included where that work is commissioned.
At Sikder Haus in Dhaka, AD’s design direction formed part of an integrated interior appointment bringing together interiors, bespoke development, engineering and importation.
Already have a design, but something feels unresolved?
A layout may not suit how you use the space. Materials or furniture may feel disconnected from the atmosphere you want. We review the current proposals with you, establish what matters and agree what should be retained, refined or developed.
AD’ can revise the interior design information within the appointment, coordinating technical corrections with the responsible specialists. You receive the review record and agreed revised drawings or specifications. For one drawing package, bespoke piece or technical question, explore Technical & Project Review.

What you receive
A defined scope. Tangible work.
Milestone reviews and recorded decisions that keep your appointed team aligned with your priorities for the interior. For refinement or a focused second opinion, you receive the review record and any revised layouts, details or specifications included in that scope. We identify which information still needs development and which decisions need your approval.
Working with your team
Your appointed team retains its agreed roles. AD’ coordinates their input for the interior on your behalf. We agree which packages AD’ reviews or develops and who approves changes.
We meet with you at your property, on site or remotely. Visits, reviews and coordination are planned around the needs and stages of your appointment.
We review the current design, your priorities and the people involved, then agree AD’s role in representing your interests and coordinating your appointed designers and specialists for the interior. A focused second opinion or selected development can be defined separately.

How is this different from Interior Architecture & Design?
Interior Architecture & Design develops a complete interior and its agreed design packages. Design Direction represents your interests in the interior design and coordinates your appointed designers and specialists through the decisions that shape it. It can also include selected design development or a focused second opinion, with the scope and responsibilities agreed for each appointment.
Do you replace the existing team?
We work alongside your appointed designers, architects and specialists, coordinating their input for the interior on your behalf. We agree which packages AD’ reviews or develops, who coordinates them and who approves changes.
At what stage can you join?
At concept, during design development or before a significant selection or approval. The starting point depends on the decisions still open and the information available.
Can I commission only a focused review?
Yes. We can agree a review with a defined scope and deliverable. Further design development or continuing direction is discussed separately if you want it. Technical & Project Review explains the focused technical appointment.
Your next step
Tell us where you’re starting.
Share the current design, the people on your team and the decisions coming next. We discuss your priorities for the interior and how AD’ can represent them and coordinate your appointed team. Any design refinements or focused review are agreed in the scope. For continuing direction, the proposal defines milestones, fees and the calendar. For a focused appointment, it defines the package and the review or revised information to be returned, with its fee and timing.
