A varied private brief
Reception, living and dining are joined by dedicated wine, cinema and wellness rooms. The interior architecture gives these different uses a coherent setting.

Private Residences / Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The project
Living and dining unfold through a sequence of framed views, with pale seating, green stone and daylight connecting the main salon to the rooms beyond. AD’ developed the residence’s interior architecture, materials and bespoke furniture around both entertaining and more private pursuits.
The wine room, cinema and wellness spaces each offer a setting with its own character. In the dining room, stone panels, brass-finished steel shelving and integrated lighting form a bar wall developed with the surrounding architecture. Its drawings bring the composition down to the junctions between stone, metal and light. Furniture, views and bespoke details are considered together, giving the different rooms a coherent place within the home.

Sculptural furniture, green stone and bespoke joinery connect the large social spaces with more intimate rooms. The material selection and development drawings document that relationship.
