At KOI Villa, rooms, terraces and the pool connect to the landscape. The furnishing and materials bring a more intimate scale to the wider residential composition.
Work & entertaining in Sathorn
The Sathorn loft brings a desk, lounge, bar and rest area into one interior. A stone-clad screen separates settings, while lighting changes their atmosphere after dark.

We meet with you at the property, on site or remotely, with visits and reviews agreed for the project. We coordinate the interior scope with your appointed local architect, engineers, suppliers and delivery team. Where Italian furniture, marble or bespoke pieces form part of the brief, we define the sourcing package and purchasing, delivery and installation responsibilities together.
