AD’ develops the agreed interior design with your architect, engineers, makers and other appointed specialists. We agree who provides the building information, who develops each package and how the drawings will be coordinated with the contractor.

The proposal defines design stages, reviews, visits, fees and programme for the agreed work. Responsibilities for building works and local requirements are discussed with the professionals appointed for your property.

Furnishing as a separate appointment

If your interior design is already in place, Furnishing & Procurement can work from your selection or your designer’s specification. AD’ sources and purchases in Italy on your behalf, with available trade terms and the studio fee shown together.

Yes. Interior Architecture & Design can develop the agreed rooms through layouts, materials, lighting, furnishings and bespoke details. The proposal defines the design stages and deliverables, with specialist input and local responsibilities established with your appointed team.

Can you work with an architect or design team already appointed?

Yes. AD’ can develop the complete interior alongside your architect and specialists. If the interior design is already entrusted to an appointed team and you need representation and coordination in those decisions, discuss Design Direction. Its scope is agreed around the team’s work and your priorities for the interiors.

Can we commission the design while living outside Dubai?

Yes. We agree the information needed, the review stages and the way decisions will be made with you or your representative. Your appointed team provides the property information needed for the design. Reviews and visits follow the appointment agreed for the project.
