AD’ / Interior design for your home in Warsaw

Interior design for your home in Warsaw

A complete interior, developed around the way you live and the architecture of your home.

Discuss your Warsaw home

Your living room, bedrooms and circulation should work together. AD’ Design Studio offers Interior Architecture & Design for apartments, penthouses and private homes in Warsaw, with the scope developed around your property and appointed team.

A residential reference at Złota 44

In the Warsaw tower designed by Daniel Libeskind, AD’ developed the Złota 44 Penthouse interior in relation to its architectural setting and panoramic views.

The original apartment had three bedrooms, none with an en-suite bathroom. AD’ redesigned the layout around a large suite with a private spa, minibar and coffee area, plus an en-suite guest bedroom. The design supports greater autonomy and privacy in the main suite while providing a separate space for guests.

A pale stone fireplace wall anchors the living room. The seating arrangement creates a generous reception space, while a bar beside the glazing connects the room with the city beyond. The bedroom and adjoining jacuzzi continue the material palette into the private rooms. Tower architecture: Daniel Libeskind. Interior design: AD’ Design Studio.

The project provides a reference for discussing your own home: which rooms should connect, where privacy matters and how the interior relates to the building.

Develop the interior as a whole

The appointment can bring together room planning, materials, lighting, interior details and furnishings. An early conversation establishes the spaces involved, the information available and the design decisions ahead.

The work then develops through the stages agreed for your home. Layouts establish relationships between rooms and uses. Material and lighting decisions inform the atmosphere and the details. Furniture and bespoke elements form part of that design.

The proposal specifies the drawings, design development and reviews included. Technical interfaces are coordinated with your appointed architect and specialists, with responsibility for building work and local approvals agreed for the project.

Work with the people already appointed

You may already have an architect, contractor or representative involved. Share their roles at the outset so the interior appointment can fit the team and the programme.

If that team is already designing the interior and you want someone to represent you in the decisions, Design Direction has a separate, agreed scope. The conversation should establish who develops the design and who reviews it on your behalf.

For a family office or representative, the Private Clients route supports the initial discussion. You can also work directly with the studio.

Carry the design into furniture decisions

Furniture selection should follow the rooms, proportions and materials developed for the home. Design and specification can establish what each piece needs to do and how it relates to the interior.

Where you want support with purchasing, Furnishing & Procurement can be agreed separately. The proposal defines the purchasing role, fee, trade terms and responsibilities before orders are placed. These arrangements are discussed alongside the design stages relevant to your property.

Questions about your Warsaw home

Can you design the whole apartment?

The complete interior can be discussed through Interior Architecture & Design. Identify the rooms, their current condition and what you want to retain. The proposal defines the spaces, stages and information the studio will develop.

Can I keep my architect and contractor?

Yes. Share who is already appointed and what each person is responsible for. The interior scope should define the relationship with the architect, contractor and specialists, including how drawings and decisions are reviewed.

Can I work with AD’ while living elsewhere?

You can discuss the home directly or through a representative. Agree the communication process, review points and any visits required for the appointment. Site involvement and responsibilities are defined in the proposal for your property.

What should I send for a first conversation?

The location, property type, plans or survey, photographs and the rooms involved. Explain how you want to live there, the stage reached and the people already appointed. Include the decisions ahead and your intended programme.
