Vision and Objectives

The Sikder Group, a distinguished business conglomerate, envisioned their Dubai headquarters as an embodiment of Italian luxury design. The objective was to create a functional space that would serve their operational needs and leave a lasting impression, reflecting the company's high standards and innovative spirit.

Challenges and Solutions

The project faced several challenges, including the need to ensure a free and comfortable flow of space, maintain privacy, establish a hierarchy of spaces, and meet ergonomic requirements. Despite time constraints, budget limitations, and local requirements, our Italian design studio successfully navigated these complexities.

Design Inspiration

The design was inspired by the luxurious and comfortable aesthetic of Dubai, together with our signature Italian interior design style, with an emphasis on luxury and sophistication but with a minimal approach. The use of rich-looking finishes such as gold, marble, onyx, and wood added to the opulent feel of the space.

Our Approach

Our approach was centered around understanding the client's needs and translating them into a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The use of high-quality Italian materials, furniture and finishes, coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensured that the final design was in line with the client's vision. Thanks to our FF&E procurement service our client was able to save up to 50% on retail prices.

Outcome

The project resulted in a headquarters and office space that perfectly met the client's objectives. The functional design, coupled with the 'wow' effect, significantly enhanced the visibility of the space. The project's successful completion within the stipulated time and budget led to increased sales and high client satisfaction.
