AD' Design Studio - Italian Interiors

Vision and Objectives

The Nemesi Villas project aimed to create a luxurious residential complex that seamlessly blends into the natural landscape of Accra, Ghana. The objective was to integrate modern architecture with a touch of traditional Ghanaian village design, creating a unique living experience that is both luxurious and in harmony with nature.

Challenges and Solutions

The project faced the challenge of constructing buildings with dark stone in a parallelepiped shape, while also creating common spaces for residents to enjoy. Despite these challenges, our Rome-based design studio was able to successfully navigate these complexities, ensuring a free and comfortable flow of space, maintaining privacy, and establishing a hierarchy of spaces.

Design Inspiration

The design inspiration was drawn from the earth, with tones ranging from ocher to rosé. The use of GRC (glass reinforced concrete) on the façades gives the building a sense of massiveness and plasticity. The rhythmic alternation of openings creates a dynamic and ever-changing façade that is both sophisticated and relevant to the theme of masonry decoration.

Our Approach

Our approach was centered around understanding the client's needs and translating them into a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The use of high-quality Italian materials, furniture, and finishes, coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensured that the final design was in line with the client's vision. Thanks to our FF&E procurement service, our client was able to save up to 50% on retail prices.

Outcome

The project resulted in a stunning residential complex that perfectly met the client's objectives. The functional design, coupled with the 'wow' effect, significantly enhanced the visibility of the space. The project's successful completion within the stipulated time and budget led to increased profit and high client satisfaction.
