• Open Space Kitchen: The heart of the home features a central island made from local basaltina stone, a sustainable choice that adds warmth and character. Custom cabinetry extends to the ceiling, and state-of-the-art cooking facilities emphasize the kitchen's role as a social hub.

• Dining Area: A strategically positioned table transitions smoothly between the kitchen and living areas, creating an elegant and welcoming focal point for gatherings.

• Living Room: Dominating the living room is a three-sided open fireplace clad in basaltina, replacing the initial suspended design for better safety and efficiency. This central feature, paired with an integrated TV and designer lighting, balances aesthetics with functionality.

• Staircase: The staircase, a functional sculpture, features basaltina cladding and a glass partition, connecting spaces while maintaining acoustic privacy. The recessed, illuminated handrail enhances safety and adds a stylish touch.

• Ground Floor Bathroom: Coherent with the open space, it uses stone and resin for a modern, timeless elegance.

• Master Bathroom: A spa-like sanctuary featuring local travertine, combining luxury with a serene atmosphere.

• Maximized Storage:Invisible storage solutions in bathrooms and hallways provide ample space without compromising design. Full-height flush doors in the master bathroom create a sleek, minimalistic effect.
